Just 1 day before Diwali festival, the Finsys ERP team successfully completed the simultation run of the Finsys ERP at a packaging products and promotion company. This company simulated the Finsys ERP for the actual operations of 100% of the Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, online Approvals of PR and PO, Gate Entry, and finally Material inwards. All the processes with completed before time. Congrats to the client team members and the Finsys team members Virender Singh, Nitin Yadav and Namita Gupta.

It took just 2 days of devoted work by the users to come on the top of the world. The Payroll and HR dept users a this packaging company made Live the Finsys ERP , Payroll Module in just 2 days. Congrats. The employee masters were fed, Rates fed and audited. The attendance was fed. The Salary registers printed out. Salary slips generated. RTGS salary data generated ( for online bank transfer). the resulting ESI and EPF returns were made and certified ok by the HOD-Payroll. Director of the company was quite happy. Finsys ERP team Launches  the ERP project at a major Promotion company with factory in Delhi. Targets set at 2 months for core operations. and 4 months overall. Come let us do it.

Finsys Team kick starts the Finsys launch at this Noida based mid -corporate. The factory was decorated with Banners with the sweet little logo of Finsys on the right side corner of each logo. Business blue printing begins. the masters work starts. Actual work to start after Diwali festival.

Bangaluru ( Bangalore), we have arrived. The Finsys team signs off the ERP project at a BPO at Bangalore. This company is an offshoot of an international BPO. The Indian Operations have started recently. The Finsys MLG team are going to support them with both software and also the Audit of data entered. This is like "CFO on hire". Finsys Associate concerns are to handle the taxation , compliances etc of the client on a continuous basis.

Noida. Finsys Team signs up contract with a large vendor of plastic components. This mid-corporate is a large supplier to Samsung, LG, Hero Honda, and Railways etc. This company has 4 plants and Finsys team has the responsibility to connect the 4 plants with its Finsys ERP solutions.

Established in 2004, this Packaging company is an ISO 9001: 2000 company approved by TUV is involved in Offset Printing & Packaging. The company is involved into manufacturing of Duplex Carton, E-flute Cartons and others Offset Printed materials like Labels, Danglers and Blister Cards etc. Project to computerise and connect the first pilot plant  in Himachal pradesh. The project includes shifting from manual processes / legacy softwares to state of art Finsys ERP modules, including that of auto-Email and Auto - SMS on occurance of various alerts, like shipments, rejections, cheque bouncing etc. Also daily MIS reports via SMS or email.

A Copper Cable Manufacturer ( Rs. 70 crores p.a., 2 plants in NCR ) inks deal with MLG team. Project to computerise and connect the two plants. The project includes shifting from manual processes / legacy softwares to start of art Finsys ERP modules, including that of auto-Email and Auto - SMS on occurance of various alerts, like shipments, rejections, cheque bouncing etc. Also daily MIS reports via SMS or email.

Kolkatta operations of a  Healthcare major shift from manual systems to the ASP.net based Finsys ERP. The company is into healthcare products with 5 plants in India and China. The North India's operations at NCR and Uttaranchal were on Finsys already since 1.4.2007. Recently we were awarded the contract for  the Kolkatta operations. Now completed successfully.

A Large Pressure Valve Company ( Rs. 80 Crore plus) goes live for its Most important module - Finance too. The parallel work in old legacy software Tally stops. And the company successfully shifts to Finsys ERP only. The PPC. Production, Purchase, Inventory was working on this system for last one year already.

A Large Telecom Tower Company ( Rs. 100 Crore plus) goes live for its 2 plants and Head office on Finsys ERP. This includes the Galvanising and Fabrication Plants at Bhiwadi, Rajasthan. And Prefab Shelter Plant at Sector-6, Faridabad. The ERP implementation work at the third plant, at Kaleamb(Himachal Pradesh), to start soon.

A Large  Group of Companies, awards its ERP order to the MLG Team. This  is a Rs. 120 Crore Group, with plants in Bhiwadi(Rajasthan), Faridabad(Haryana), and Kaleamb( Himachal). It makes the Towers & Shelters for the Telecom Customers like Bharti, Vodaphone(Hutch), Idea, MTNL, Reliance, and others. Rollout Starts.

A Large Maruti tier One Vendor Team signals the completion of First Phase of the ERP project. Finance, Inventory, Invoices, Purchase, Payroll, Bill Of Material etc are LIVE. The Kickoff meeting was widely attended by all Directors, all HOD's and the MLG Team members. The PERT chart was finalised..
