A Copper Cable Manufacturer ( Rs. 70 crores p.a., 2 plants in NCR ) inks deal with MLG team. Project to computerise and connect the two plants. The project includes shifting from manual processes / legacy softwares to start of art Finsys ERP modules, including that of auto-Email and Auto - SMS on occurance of various alerts, like shipments, rejections, cheque bouncing etc. Also daily MIS reports via SMS or email.

Kolkatta operations of a  Healthcare major shift from manual systems to the ASP.net based Finsys ERP. The company is into healthcare products with 5 plants in India and China. The North India's operations at NCR and Uttaranchal were on Finsys already since 1.4.2007. Recently we were awarded the contract for  the Kolkatta operations. Now completed successfully.

A Large Pressure Valve Company ( Rs. 80 Crore plus) goes live for its Most important module - Finance too. The parallel work in old legacy software Tally stops. And the company successfully shifts to Finsys ERP only. The PPC. Production, Purchase, Inventory was working on this system for last one year already.

A Large Telecom Tower Company ( Rs. 100 Crore plus) goes live for its 2 plants and Head office on Finsys ERP. This includes the Galvanising and Fabrication Plants at Bhiwadi, Rajasthan. And Prefab Shelter Plant at Sector-6, Faridabad. The ERP implementation work at the third plant, at Kaleamb(Himachal Pradesh), to start soon.

Technology Innovation : Using *** Blackberry *** mobile phone with Finsys ERP. Mr Sanjay Chauhan and Mr Puneet Gupta's team develop and commercially start the operations of the new technology. Now, in this special software facility, the MD of a company, will get automatic Email on this mobile phone, whenever any PO is made in his company, and is sent for his approval. He clicks on the hyperlink "Click here" to Approve. The Software directly takes him to the approval screen made in C# Platform on the companies server. Now the MD may see the stock position, Price comparison of that item, Price Rate History and name of Indentor etc, and finally click "approved" cell. The PO is thus approved online, Wherever the MD could be. He could be travelling .... still the job is done. Congrats to the MLG Development Team

MLG Associates is appointed as the Statutory Auditor of a Central Co-operative Bank, for its Head Office and also its 22 branches. This is a matter of great rejoice for the whole MLG Group. This Audit assignment begins today under the able guidance of Vice President ( Bank Audits ) Mr Som Raj Gupta. Mr Gupta recently retired as Asst General Manager, Oriental Bank Of Commerce.

It makes the Towers & Shelters for the Telecom Customers like Bharti, Vodaphone(Hutch), Idea, MTNL, Reliance, and others. Rollout Starts.

A Packaging company based at Palwal, formally launches the Finsys ERP. This Packing Material major, with its 4 acre sprawling plant near Faridabad, conducted its first Kick-off Meeting on 3-12-2008. The Kickoff meeting was widely attended by all Directors, all HOD's and the MLG Team members. The PERT chart was finalised..

The special uses and benefits during tight market conditions, the benefits in administration deparment were discussed. MLG Team successfully completed 100% E-filing of all Income Tax Returns in the Corporate returns and All Audit Cases. 100% of the cases under non-audit cases were also done by E-filing only. MLG team upgrades the Payroll Package, Making it even more user friendly, The ESI and EPF reports section re-hashed, with new icons, report description and Form-3A, Form 6A, Form 6A-Back, Form 5, Form 10, Form 12-A, and PF Register made more zazzy and their access even more user friendly. New Software launched with new Advanced options of "Salary Envelope", Salary Under Hold, Attendance Checklist, Bonus, Gratuity, Welfare Fund statement etc. The punctuality Bonus section, Salary certificates, Cost-To-Company ( CTC Calculations ), Ex-gratia reports, Overtime reporting section are also re-done. The LIC Joining Report, and LIC Leaving Report, is also a good addition. The Analytical MIS Reports, like Department wise Salary, Category wise, Grade wise, Cost Centre wise Salary costs reports are also available in these new "Add-on" Module of Payroll + HR package. MLG Team offers upgrade to this module for a nominal cost to the existing customers.
